Frequently asked questions
After you log in, you’ll find the search function on the Homepage. It is located in the upper part of the screen for both web and mobile versions of the application. This is where you can type in any position or company in which you are interested and search our database.
All available jobs will be listed on the homepage. On the right side of each job ad, you’ll find a bookmark icon. Click or tap this icon to add the job to your favourites. Once you do this, the advertisement will be automatically added to the Bookmark Screen—the page next to the Homepage.
In case you wish to remove a job ad from your bookmarks, you can do it by clicking the same bookmark icon.
Go to the top of the Homepage. On the right side of the search box, you’ll find the filter icon. If you click on it, a new screen will appear where you’ll be offered various filter categories. Once you choose all the desired filters, click the Apply button to see the filtered selection of job ads. If you want to see all the jobs again, click the Clear button to remove all filters.
Yes, you can. Go to the Homepage to see the job offer. Click on the job advertisement you want to share with your friends. You’ll see the job details as well as the share icon in the upper right corner. Click this icon and our app will offer you different channels via which you can send the link to the ad to your friends.
When you’re browsing the Homepage for suiting positions, you can click any ad to see the details page about the job. If you wish to apply, go to the bottom of the job details page and look for the Apply button. Click it to initiate the application process. The app will ask to confirm that you want to apply for the position. Click Apply once more, and your CV will be forwarded to the potential employer.
Yes, but only if you’ve collaborated with them. When you finish an engagement with a company, our app will send you a push notification to let you know the job has been registered as finished in our system. When you click this notification, it will lead you to the job details page which will now also contain a Rating and Review section. This is where you can write a review of the employer and rate them in stars (between one and five). To publish your review, click the Post button.
Yes, it is possible. To do this, go to the upper right corner of the page and look for two small horizontal lines. Click on it to open a drop-down menu and choose Settings. Then go to the Notifications section where you’ll notice an On-Off slider. It allows you to control the notifications that our app shows you.
Click on the two lines in the upper right corner to open a drop-down menu. Choose the first option titled My Profile to make changes to your profile on ByggJobs. You can add the courses you’ve finished and certificates you’ve earned, languages that you speak, your experience, and portfolio. Also, you can change various other information including your contact details.
The Homepage shows you all available workers in your field. If you wish to learn more about some of them, click the box with a person’s name and photo, and the app will take you to a new screen where the employee’s details are listed.
Look at the bottom of your screen, and you’ll find several navigation icons. Choose the one titled Jobs, and it will lead you to the My Job Ads page.
In the upper right corner of that page, you’ll find a yellow Add a Job button. Click it to create a new job ad. The app will let you list various job details, such as job title, employment type, the exact duration of the engagement, etc. Once you’ve finished editing the job advertisement, go to the bottom of the page and click Save and Post to publish the ad.
Go to the Homepage and click on the candidate you want to invite to an interview. This will lead you to the Employee Details page. Take a look at the lower part of the screen to find a yellow Schedule an Interview button. Click it to create an appointment and notify the candidate.
Yes, but only with the employees who you’ve hired. The navigation in the lower part of your screen has a Chat icon. Tap it to go to the chat page.
Search for the two horizontal bars in the upper right corner of your screen. When you click them, a drop-down menu will open. The first on the list is the Profile option. Click it to open the profile editing page.
Once an employee’s engagement is done, you will receive a push notification that we’ve registered your collaboration with them as finished. Click it and it will take you to a new page where you’ll find rate and review options. To publish your review, click the Post button in the lower part of the page.
